11. How To Make Champagne Jello Shots
It is a fun idea and super easy to make champagne jello shots. You only need 3 ingredients: 1 pkg. of grape jello, 1 cup of boiling water, and 1 cup of chilled champagne.
Add the Jello and boiling water in a bowl and mix until the powder is dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature and then slowly add the champagne while stirring. Pour into an ice cube tray and place in fridge.
To serve, dip trays in hot water for 5 seconds then run a knife around the outside. Place in a large bowl ready to serve with tongs.
These champagne jello shots are great to make for New Year’s Eve or any party occasion.
