There are many different kinds of salsa, but the Pico de Gallo salsas are one of the classics. These fresh salsas are nutritious and delicious, and are low in calories and fat. The Yummy Life shared an easy-to-follow recipe for three varieties of Pico de Gallo: classic tomato, mango cucumber, and strawberry pepper. Make one or all and serve as dips or condiments, to mix with rice for pilafs, or to eat with grilled fish or meat.
